RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. How to return a product?
If your purchase is not right for you, you can contact our team by email at contact@getslideglobal.com to arrange a return within 30 days following delivery.
Once the product is returned, we will proceed with the refund, provided that the following conditions are met:
- 1.1. Return Conditions
Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of wear or use, and in its original packaging. This is essential for the item to be restocked and resold.
Size Fitting: You may try the product on immediately after receipt to check the fit. Any prolonged use beyond this initial trial will make the return ineligible for a refund.
Note: Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your returned package.
- 1.2. Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and your original method of payment (credit card, Klarna, MobilePay, etc.) will be automatically credited within a few business days.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again to confirm it hasn't posted yet.
- Contact your credit card company: It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is displayed.

3. Exchanges
- 3.1. Exchange Conditions
Any item that has been worn or is not in its original condition cannot be exchanged. However, if the size doesn't fit you, or if your knee supports slide or are too big, we offer a free exchange for the first exchange.
- 3.2. Exchange Process
📩 To exchange a product, send an email to contact@getslideglobal.com specifying the new size you need.
4. Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once it is validated. We will email you a digital gift card.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original buyer, and they will be notified about your return.
5. Return Shipping
- 5.1. How to ship your return?
1. Contact our Customer Support via email at contact@getslideglobal.com.
2. We will send you a prepaid return label to print and stick onto your package.
3. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
📌 Please note: While the prepaid label makes the return process seamless, the standard return conditions still apply (product condition, 30-day window).
